To withdraw winnings earned using bonus funds, the applicable wagering requirements must be met. If a withdrawal is requested before wagering is complete, the bonus portion will be forfeited.
Currency & Exchange Rates
4999 Baji processes all transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). No currency conversion fees apply. For international payments, the exchange rate is determined by 4999 Baji, and that decision is final.
04Bonus & Promotional Offer Terms
4999 Baji offers a variety of bonuses and promotional offers. Each bonus has its own terms and conditions, which must be read carefully before acceptance.
General Bonus Policy
- Every bonus offer has a set expiry date. Once expired, the bonus will be automatically cancelled.
- A bonus may not be used more than once per account.
- Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly; wagering requirements must be met first.
- Multiple bonuses may not be applicable simultaneously.
Wagering Requirements
Any bonus abuse — such as creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses or circumventing wagering requirements — will result in all bonuses being voided and the account permanently closed. Accumulated winnings will also be forfeited.
05Betting Rules & Result Settlement
Bet Acceptance
A bet is considered accepted only once the system confirms it. Any bet that fails to complete due to a network issue is not valid.
Results & Payments
- All bet results will be sourced from internationally recognized outlets.
- Live score feeds may be delayed — Live Betting decisions must be based on official data only.
- If a match is abandoned or incomplete, bets will be voided and stakes refunded.
- If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, 4999 reserves the right to void those odds.
Bet Cancellation Scenarios
Bets will be considered void under the following circumstances:
- If an event does not start as scheduled and is rescheduled
- When incorrect information is displayed due to a system error
- If an international sports governing body officially cancels a match
- Where odds data feeds contain clearly erroneous values
06Prohibited Activities & Account Penalties
If any of the following activities are detected, 4999 Baji reserves the right to permanently close the account and forfeit all balances without prior notice.
Strictly Prohibited
- Multiple Accounts: Creating multiple accounts to collect bonuses is strictly prohibited.
- Bonus Abuse: Placing low-risk bets to withdraw a bonus (e.g. placing opposing bets in the same market).
- Money Laundering: Using the platform for money laundering. 4999 will report such activity directly to law enforcement authorities.
- Fraudulent Information: Registering with a false name, address, or identity.
- Account Sale: Selling or transferring your account to another person.
- Software Features: Using bots or automation software to gain an unfair advantage in betting.
- Underage Use: Helping minors (under 18) open an account.
Penalty Tiers
Minor violations will result in a warning first, followed by a temporary suspension, and permanent closure for serious or repeated breaches. Affected balances will not be refunded.
07Liability Limits & Dispute Resolution

4999 Baji is not responsible for the following:
- Bets lost due to internet connectivity issues
- Delays from Third-Party Payment Providers
- Unexpected Technical Disruptions
- Account security breaches resulting from the user's own negligence
Dispute Resolution Process
If you have an issue, contact 4999's Customer Support first. We are committed to responding within 72 hours. If your issue remains unresolved, you may escalate it to a VIP Manager or a senior representative.

08Changes to Terms & Account Termination

Self-Initiated Account Closure
You may request to close your account at any time by contacting Customer Support. Please withdraw any available balance before closure. Self-exclusion is also available under our Responsible Betting policy.

4999 may close your account for any of the following reasons:
- Upon evidence of a Terms & Conditions violation
- Extended inactivity (no transactions for 12+ months)
